In October of 2011, I joined my friend Mike and his wife Tish on a rolling adventure across the US.  They were relocating from the California Bay Area to the wilds of Arkansas.  We stopped along the way to visit friends and sight see.  Along the way, we stopped at the Grand Canyon, which I had previously only seen from above.  The word “Grand” doesn’t do this formation justice!!!
