Earlier this summer, we held a photo shoot with an ATS style belly dancer named Inara the Great.  She has an epic collection of rings and bracelets and I snatched a quick shot of her pile of jewelry as she was getting dressed.   We were so pleased that she backed us at the top tier for the Kickstarter campaign for last year’s book release, “Becoming a Belly Dancer: From Student to Stage.”  I worked on the project with my co-authors, Sara Shrapnell, Poppy Maya, and photographer Alisha Westerfeld.  I was very pleased that we were able to plan a quick photoshoot the night she picked up her book and bra.
