Schiedam Waterway, Holland, Spring, 2008

In May of 2008, I took a trip to the UK with a side trip via ferry from Warwick to Hook von Holland, from there, we went to the town of Schiedam, known best for their very large historic windmills and as the home of jenever – aka – gin.  It was a long drizzly weekend with white skies that reflected brightly on the water of the canals. Schiedam-waterway
